Cocoa Creations

Why waste your time eating poor quality chocolate, when you can have only the best, at 3 bars for just £10, via Cocoa Creations?

A few weeks back, I was kindly sent a selection of their bars to try and, believe me, it was one of the best, if not THE best, chocolate delivery that I've had in my life!

Now, we all love tucking into a big bar of chocolate on the weekend, snuggled under a blanket, in front of the fire, and especially when the weather is as dull as it has been, recently. But, why compromise on quality, and taste? With this little, and growing, brand, you can choose from 10 different handcrafted flavours, or, even choose to create your own bar! The handcrafted flavours include that of Caramel & Pretzel, Biscoff, and even Raspberry Ripple!

However, those that I was sent to try were those of Lemon Meringue, Cookies & Cream and Coffee & Walnut!

And, even better, we have a few more on the way to us in the post (including pistachio and raspberry on a white and dark chocolate swirled base)!!

But, how did they taste?

Lemon Meringue

There's no way that I can even put into words how well the lemon came through in this bar. The creamy texture of the white chocolate blended so well with the real flakes of lemon zest, and the crunchiness of the real meringue pieces! Literally just a melt-in-your-mouth bar like no other. This one was definitely my favourite out of the three that were kindly sent over.

Coffee & Walnut

With chocolate that contains coffee, you always run the risk of an overpowering taste that overpowers the chocolate, and, hence, a pointless bar of chocolate. However, this wasn't the case in this instance, and I didn't feel like I'd have just been better grabbing a cuppa; this one was one that you really can't go wrong with, as the flavours melted into one another so well - the perfect blend (no pun intended).

Plus, the walnuts were the perfect compliment in adding to the texture.

Cookies & Cream

Now, white chocolate is my all time favourite (as I have a major sweet tooth), but, the addition of cookies was even better - it was like eating a giant Oreo, with extra of the middle part, but also knowing that I wasn't eating chocolate from a mass-produced company. There's nothing better than eating a bar of chocolate knowing that someone has handcrafted it specifically for your enjoyment.

Each one was simply gorgeous, but you'll have to try them for yourself to know...

Happy Cooking & Baking,

With Love,

Lucy x
