Enrichd Superfoods

Hi guys! Welcome to another product review, and a very exciting one at that!!

A few weeks ago, Enrichd Superfoods sent me a few of their products to try out, and honestly, I am loving them more than I can say!

Enrichd Superfoods is a London-based company, specialising in providing the very best plant-based superfoods, including protein-powder and mushroom elixirs! I tried a number of their products, including both of these and I can’t wait to tell you all about them!

I love this brand because there’s no artificial flavours or sweeteners (every one used is plant-based), and everything comes from organic sourcing and farming practices, that can be derived from there! Also, make sure to use FOODFINDSLUCY for 10% off, if you love these products as much as I do!!

Lion's Mane Mushroom Dual Extract Powder (10:1)

So, we're kicking this post off with Lion's Mane Elixir! Now, what actually is it?

I was really skeptical at first about what Mushroom Extract actually is, but, I did some journal article searching, and found only positives! It is simply wood-grown mushrooms in powder form, so nothing that you shouldn’t be taking, and more something that you should be. It's great for attentional focus, and is grown only organically, and in pristine conditions, to give you the finest product.

I love to chuck a spoon of this in my morning coffee, every few days now, as it adds a slightly malty-broth taste to it (almost like Horlick's or Bovril), without taking away from the taste of the black coffee, too.

I've actually found myself to be more alert and focuses on the days that I did take it, and have found it easier to focus on my Uni reading, too, which is always a good thing, as that can get pretty laborious, even if essential! It's also great for gut health, and creativity aspects to, which means it's a pretty good all-rounder, in terms of being a superfood.

The glass jar is also so chic, and of such a good quality, and I can't wait to find alternative uses for it, once I've finished with it!

EPIC VANILLA Protein Powder (BCAA'S) Plant-Based

This plant-based protein is said to be a premium high-grade vegan vanilla protein that is fully loaded with BCAA's and Maca. I can honestly vouch for this flavour of Enrichd's protein, and can tell you that it is now one of my new favourite plant-based protein sources, and is a great addition to so many things!

I was expecting a tasteless addition to my smoothies and shakes, but it seems to have become a staple, main ingredient instead! It blends perfectly with both plant milk, and fruit, to make a pretty yummy protein shake, and is the perfect addition to my morning oats, also! It tastes so good!

In keeping with Enrichd's ethos, all of the ingredients that goes into it, are fully organically sourced, and come from farming practices. Plus, every ingredient is clean, meaning you aren't putting any nasties into your body!

At 25.5g of protein per scoop, and only 126cals in 30g, you really cannot go wrong with this protein! Plus, it's a much better alternative to those regular Casein protein powders that are made with cheese curds... yuk, as it is simply a blend of Bio-Fermented Pea Protein, Quinoa Protein and BCAAs (now that is interesting!).

Berry Beautiful Protein Powder

A perfect smoothie can be made from this yummy plant-based protein that contains 21g of protein per scoop, and is made from a blend of hemp and pea protein! It also contains the extra superfood Moringa, which contains a great deal of essential vitamins and minerals.

Like the Vanilla, this protein is made only from the highest quality ingredients, organically and ethically sourced, and is the perfect Vegan alternative to any Casein powder.

There is only one improvement that I'd make to this one, and that's the colour! If you're wanting a pretty colour, you might want to add some açai powder or berries to it, as it's a little green, however, this definitely does not take away from the taste, and is a perfect burst of flavours that is so similar to that of a summer fruits compote, or a mixture of fresh fruit!

Joyful Jasmine Green Tea

I love this Jasmine Green Tea, as the hints of Jasmine add so much more flavour to the drink, giving it a sweet, herbal taste. I know that there aren’t a lot of massive green tea fans out there, but, for those that do love it, I especially love this one, as it’s completely organic. Therefore, no fertilisers or pesticides have even been near this!

I personally think that this one is great for those that also don’t love green tea, as the jasmine comes through in just the right amount, so that, while it is not overpowering, it takes away from the harsher tea flavours.

I've found this tea to be perfect for any time of the day, but I especially love this one in the morning, as it gives me a little boost for the day, but also has a calming and rejuvenating feel to it.

Also, the fact that it's loose leaf is even better! Tea bags are actually made from plastic and take years and years to break down, so this is the perfect way to be sustainable! Plus, the leaves can be steeped multiple times, which makes this worth every single penny!

Thank you all for tuning into another post, and you'll definitely be seeing these products on my timeline again!

Happy Cooking & Baking,

With Love,

Lucy x
